Pump fitting: Matching your nipple size(s) to your flange size. Bring your pump and have a tutorial about the settings and features.

Weaning plan: Discuss a weaning plan that works best for you and your baby. A tailored care plan with your goals.

Best nursing positions for you: Try new positions with pillows, a recliner or even a bed.

Back to work: A plan for sustaining nursing and/or pumping when returning to work outside the home.

Breastfeeding Burst: Bring your specific questions in your own feeding journey and get them answered.
