    Your People Are Here

The group chat you've been wishing existed, but in real life. Whether you're due in six weeks or haven't slept in six weeks, Fourth Tri is where you find your people — moms in the same season, experts who actually answer your questions, and a lounge that makes showing up the easiest part of your day.

  • Illustration of three alphabet blocks labeled A, B, and C inside an oval-shaped background.

    Move at Your Own Pace

Movement classes safe for pregnant and postpartum bodies. Expert-led talks on birth prep, newborn care, sleep, feeding — the stuff you actually need to know. Baby bonding, nap breaks, and coffee in between. Come for one thing. Stay for everything.

Why We Built This

Fourth Tri started because too many women were struggling through one of the hardest transitions of their lives with almost no real support. Our founders — a salon owner, a yoga studio owner, and a nurse anesthetist — watched their clients, students, and patients go home from the hospital and disappear into exhaustion and isolation.

So they built the place they wished had existed.

We're also working to make Fourth Tri accessible to every family — advocating for postpartum care as a standard insurance benefit and building nonprofit pathways for underinsured parents. This isn't just a business. It's personal. And we think that shows.
