Arielle Laws, MSHS is a functional nutritionist and integrative medicine practitioner specializing in women’s health, fertility, perinatal, and postpartum nutrition. She holds a cafe chat on Fridays to discuss Nutrition and offers special pricing on all nutrition packages for Fourth Tri guests.

Brandy Walters from In Home Lactation Specialists LLC has been an IBCLC for over 15 years and has recertified three times. Brandy holds fireside chats on Tuesdays and provides on-site consultations for our guests and her clients, including special 30-minute sessions only offered at Fourth Tri Sanctuary.

Batya Sherizen is an Infant and Parent Sleep Consultant of over 13 years. She holds fireside chats multiple days a week at Fourth Tri Sanctuary and has special pricing for her Sleep Services for our guests. Whether your sleep struggles are with your newborn, toddler, teenager, or yourself, Batya can help!
