Prenatal + Postnatal Yoga Class

Prenatal Yoga will be a 60 min movement, breath and connection class for expecting parents. Mats and props will be provided, though guests are welcome to bring their equipment. The classes are included in the 8 classes of the Prepare and Plan, but these classes are open to the public.

If you have not purchased a Prepare and Plan package, then you can purchase each session individually.
